How to Disable an FTP Account

To disable an FTP account:

  1. Navigate to Account Manager --> FTP Management.
  2. Select the desired FTP account.
  3. Choose one of the following options:
  • Suspend — Temporarily disables access while keeping the account available.
  • Delete — Permanently removes the FTP account.
