How to Create an FTP Account

To create a new FTP account:

  1. Navigate to Account Manager --> FTP Management.
  2. Click Create FTP Account.
  3. Enter the account details and set a password.
  4. Click Create.

Important: FTP passwords cannot be viewed after creation. If a password is forgotten, it must be reset.
