Your username and password would not be accepted if:

1- Your username and password are wrong, make sure you enter them correctly and remember that your password is case sensitive.

2- Your account is expired

3- your account is suspended or terminated by any reason.

However you always are able to reset your cPanel/client-panel using this URL:

https://www.axspace.com/client_panel/_send_pw
