I can access my cPanel but cannot login into my AXSpace client panel?

If your password works on cPanel but does not work on AXSpace client panel then you should reset your password following this URL:

https://www.axspace.com/client_panel/_send_pw

This will synchronize your cPanel and AXSpace client panel passwords.
