How to Cancel a Hosting Service
If a plan is purchased and canceled within the thirty-day money-back period, you will receive a full refund.
If you request a refund after the money-back period has ended, the refund will only cover the unused portion of the service period.
Any partially used month is counted as a full month. For example, if a six-month hosting service is canceled after two months and five days, it will be considered three months of usage, and the remaining three months will be eligible for a refund.
