How to Reactivate an Expired Hosting Service
If a hosting service expires and enters its grace period, it can usually be reactivated without data loss.
Once the grace period ends, the service data is removed. A backup may remain available for a limited time and may be recoverable after renewal.
To determine whether recovery is possible, submit a support ticket and request a service restoration review.
Data recovery may require an additional recovery fee.
