What to Do If Someone Accesses Your Account Without Permission
Whenever someone logs in to your account, a notification email is sent to the account owner.
If you notice a login from an unknown user or IP address, immediately change all related passwords.
Recommended order:
- AXSpace.com client area password
- DirectAdmin password
- Website administration passwords
- Password-protected directory password(s)
You should also review FTP accounts, email accounts, and database access. If any of these may have been compromised, change their passwords as well.
