You need to install FrontPage Extensions on your account to be able to publish your webpages using Ms Frontpage,

To install Frontpage Extensions please do following steps:

1-Login to cPanel of your account. you can use the URL mentioned on your account information email or this URL :

https://www.axspace.com/client_panel/_cp_login

2-Once you logged in, select "Frontpage Extensions " In the advanced section and click on "Install extensions" for your account.
