How to Perform an Internal Service Transfer

Internal service transfers can be requested by submitting a support ticket.

You can also perform the transfer manually:

  1. Create a backup of the source service.
  2. Download or move the backup to the destination service.
  3. Restore the backup on the new service.

Note: Depending on the website type and configuration, paths, URLs, database settings, or other configuration files may need to be updated after the migration.
