How to Check Hosting Login Information

If you have forgotten your DirectAdmin login URL or credentials, you can find the information in your Client Area email history.

  1. Log in to the Client Area.
  2. Click your name in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Email History.

If the login information is not available, you can reset your DirectAdmin password:

  1. Open your hosting service.
  2. Click Change Password.
  3. Set and save a new password.
