How to Temporarily Suspend a Domain

Suspending a domain should be used only when other options, such as maintenance mode, are unavailable.

To suspend a domain:

  1. Navigate to Account Manager --> Domain Setup.
  2. Select the domain.
  3. Click Suspend/Unsuspend.

While suspended, the website and related services will be unavailable.
