How to Restore Deleted Hosting Data
If hosting data has been deleted, submit a support ticket and request a recovery check.
Our team will verify whether any available backups exist and whether the data can be restored.
Important: Data recovery is not guaranteed. Backups may not be available, even if the deletion occurred within the possible recovery period.
- Deleted data older than 60 days cannot be recovered.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups whenever possible.
