What Causes the “Account Suspended” Error?
Several issues can cause an account suspension message:
- Bandwidth limit reached
High traffic or malicious attacks may exceed your bandwidth limit.
- Hosting plan suspension
Suspensions may occur due to unpaid invoices, malware detection, abuse reports, or policy violations.
- CDN or IP address changes
If a CDN is enabled and the server IP changes, temporary suspension or caching messages may appear until DNS updates propagate.
